Favorite line: “Your brother must be really fucking tired of shoveling all that shit behind the horse you ride!” Someday I’d love to have a conversation with you about where that line came from, the experience of that emerging on the page, what it felt like. I picture you writing along, in the flow, and out pops this zinger. Or maybe you had it from early in the project and finally found the perfect place where it belongs and just the right character to say it. I think one of my favorite things about this story is seeing your characters from other characters’ points of view, as well as from within their own interiority. Maybe this is the hallmark of a psychological thriller? I love the kaleidoscopic feel of it—to see these characters from all these different vantage points.
Ugh I'm so angry and I don't know who to be most angry at...!!! Eve for being more worried about her power and wealth than Jessie and Deepu? Schultz for being in on it from the get-go? The terrorists? The world? Bah! 🤣
Obviously slightly devastated by Scott’s infidelity, but that aside, what an episode! I’ve no idea how the inevitable battle of wills is going to play out, or how long they’re going to keep the news from everyone in the house, but either way I’m on the edge of my seat waiting. You are quite the puppet master, Wakeman!

Loved the "lupine crouch" line (so visual) along with the horse shit line quoted by Julie. I laughed out loud at that one.

It’s almost funny how resistant I feel to this serial nearing an end.
But at the same time it’s so damn good I can’t help but love the ride.
Also jumping on the Julie and Nathan train—that horse shit line is fantastic and so perfect for the character.

Uh-oh, I feel crunch time coming for Schultz. A lot of decisions to be made imminently that will determine what kind of people they all really are.
